The present investigation intends to find an answer to the main question that if Harzani is originally a derived Language from Taleshi language as was supposed by Walter Bruno Henning or not. Moreover, the second issue dealt with in this study relates to the dialect of immigrated Talesh peoples in the case of immigration. in this regard, this study has investigated 13 cases of perceived phonemic changes and word differences in intended references including the poems of Sheikh Safi-ad-din Ardabil, Harzani dialect, three dialects of Taleshi language, and Tati dialect of Khalkhal. For this reason, the old Iranian languages was established as the criterion for recognizing these differences. In other words, phonemic changes were compared with the original old Iranian language. Statistical findings were conducive to this qualitative analysis that the first Harzani dialect, despite Henning’s supposition, was not originated from somewhere in the east south of Taleshi spoken areas.
