The present study will edit and translate three lease documents from the Sukkalmah Period, which are known as <em>esip-tabal</em> contracts. A comparative study with Laws of Hammurabi reveals that a certain type of mortgage was formulated as lease, in order to provide a way to charge more interest than what is legally allowed. This essay will explain the periods of Elamite history and the variety of sources available in order to establish the historical context. Then the significance of the Akkadian texts from Susa is explained, and finally the three <em>esip-tabal</em> documents are studied from the perspectives of form and content.  اگرچه اسناد به زبان ایلامی قدیم نادر هستند، از شوش در دورة سوکل­مخ‌ها بیش از ۵۰۰ سند حقوقی به زبان اکدی و در موضوعات مختلف به دست آمده است که فرصتی بی نظیر برای مطالعة نهاد­های حقوقی و اجتماعی ایلام فراهم می‌کند. مقالة حاضر ضمن ویرایش و ترجمة سه اجارة­نامه ایلامی از دوره سوکل­مخ‌ها به بررسی ماهیت قراردادهای معروف به <em>esip-tabal) </em>) می‌پردازد. مطالعة تطبیقی با قانون حمورابی نشان می‌دهد که احتمالاً نوع خاصی از رهن در قالب عقد اجاره پنهان شده تا امکان اخذ بهرة بیش از نرخ جایز فراهم شود. مقالة حاضر ابتدا برای مشخص کردن بستر تاریخی تقسیم بندی تاریخ ایلام باستان را توضیح می‌دهد. سپس اهمیت اسناد اکدی شوش بررسی و سرانجام متن سه اجارة نامه زمین کشاورزی از نوع <em>(esip-tabal)</em> از دیدگاه صورت و ماهیت قرار داد مطالعه خواهد شد. https://jis.ut.ac.ir/article_35194_387b54f010cda52fe777bdc9e1521d96.pdf
